      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage processing of worker data in Workday, ensuring transaction accuracy across various HR functions
      - Act as a secondary point of contact between the department and internal/external technical support organizations
      - Assist with system testing and project implementation initiatives
      - Maintain documentation and create/update job aids related to office procedures and Workday data entry
      - Conduct introductory reviews and exit interviews, providing insights to improve talent strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role
      - Strong customer service focus and ability to triage HR inquiries
      - Proficient in data entry and documentation maintenance
      - Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a higher education environment
      - Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and employee onboarding
      - Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in the workplace
