      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
      - Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
      - Review applications to determine eligibility, screen candidates, and manage job advertisements
      - Partner with other Talent Specialists and Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
      - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the talent acquisition process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent relevant work experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience
      - Experience in healthcare/nurse recruitment is strongly preferred
      - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
      - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and occasionally travel to partner locations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Social media recruitment and sourcing experience
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create solutions
