      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate and present complex technical concepts simply and effectively to non-technical team members
      - Gather, document, and analyze business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
      - Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions alongside the Digital Services team
      - Conduct systems analysis focusing on technical process models and use cases
      - Provide testing support and analysis for resolution of system issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
      - 4+ years of relevant business systems analyst or related experience
      - Practical experience with MS Access, SQL, SOQL/Salesforce, or relational databases
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in performing cost-benefit analysis and preparing technical use cases
      - Familiarity with SDLC and flowchart preparation
      - Ability to apply statistical and other research methods to systems issues
      - Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
