Role Overview
Remote - U.S. Locations
This role is hiring remotely across the United States with the option to work in a hybrid forum for candidates in the Seattle area.
We’re hiring builders to own the technical delivery of our AI-powered operational tooling stack and Zendesk ecosystem as we expand into broader business systems across the organization.We're building an enterprise-grade operational technology platform for our internal Ops at a $1.3B marketplace that processes hundreds of thousands of shifts annually. Our AI tooling is automating core agent workflows. We need someone to own the technical build of the operational tech foundation — starting with our Zendesk ecosystem and expanding into broader business systems as you prove impact. If you've built core systems from zero and want to do it again at scale, this is the role.
What matters more than your level is whether you've built something from scratch and can go five levels deep explaining how it works.If you've maintained someone else's system, this isn't the role. If you've built one, let's talk.
