      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather and document business requirements through interviews and analysis, ensuring effective management of PAM/JIT controls
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement efficient PAM solutions that streamline access management processes
      - Assist with audit requests and compile evidence packages to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
      - Generate metrics and reports related to PAM objectives as part of the overall Mission Padlock program
      - Facilitate requirements discussions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
      - 8+ years of experience as an IAM Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
      - Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
      - Experience with financial services industry applications, systems, and trends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SAFe Agilist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Lean Portfolio Management certification
      - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other IT industry certifications such as DevOps or Microsoft Azure
      - Knowledge of software/system engineering best practices
      - Experience with identity and access management systems like CyberArk or Saviynt
      - Familiarity with database schema analysis and optimization recommendations
