What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Articulate the employer’s unique selling points and value propositions to partners and end customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor by addressing technical and operational issues to drive customer adoption
- Deliver high-quality solution presentations, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs)
- Contribute to proposal and bid processes ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry solutions, and product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid foundational knowledge of information technology and computer science
- 3–5 years of experience in IT or software engineering roles, preferably with exposure to digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, cloud technologies, and digital transformation
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Experience serving as a technical lead in a pre-sales or solution consulting environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the payment industry or experience with government-issued identification workflows
- Fluent or high business proficiency in English, with native level Bahasa language skills
