      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive customer impact by delivering measurable business value and aligning solutions with customer goals
      - Independently manage a portfolio of accounts, developing tailored success plans and mitigating risks
      - Act as the primary technical point of contact, mastering the platform and advising customers on best practices
      - Employ consultative problem-solving to address customer challenges and ensure successful outcomes
      - Foster collaboration with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as technical account management or customer success
      - Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Strong technical literacy with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and API integrations
      - Proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers
      - Strong English written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting global enterprise-level customers in a SaaS, IoT, or PaaS environment
      - Proven experience utilizing AI tools and methodologies to enhance customer workflows
      - Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Gong, Gainsight, and Tableau
      - Basic Python coding skills for enhanced technical solutions
