      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for a large client, ensuring technical impacts are managed effectively
      - Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent, high-quality product/solution delivery
      - Manage IT relationships and address client concerns alongside relevant product and project teams
      - Develop technology solution knowledge within clients and ensure high service levels
      - Build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives to support teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Experience in technical customer SaaS implementations within a complex information systems environment
      - Familiarity with project environments involving cardholder data, data privacy, and personal identifiable information (PII)
      - Knowledge of the end-to-end software development project lifecycle
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP Project Management certification
      - Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
      - Self-directed with the ability to manage independent work delivery and escalate appropriately
