What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a dedicated technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic customers, supporting their Airtable implementations across various use cases
- Design tailored Airtable solutions by understanding customer workflows and connected systems
- Lead implementation reviews and adoption planning conversations, providing guidance on schema design and platform best practices
- Deliver ongoing technical support for customers from onboarding through product launches and escalation resolution
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to address customer trends and unblock technical challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 6 years of experience in technical account management, technical consulting, or pre-sales solution architecture at a SaaS company
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to design structured solutions that span people, data, and workflows
- Proficient in data modeling, solution design, and cross-platform architecture
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, automations, and basic scripting
- Effective communication skills for guiding discussions with both technical teams and executive sponsors
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience building in Airtable or supporting teams that rely on Airtable for critical workflows
