What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the employer's architecture and video/audio collaboration space
- Partner closely with the customer account team to strengthen customer relationships
- Manage technical feature requests and requirements essential for customer success
- Develop trusted technical advisor relationships with customers, providing tailored recommendations
- Act as the Voice of the Customer internally to prioritize business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions/Sales Engineer
- Deep understanding of IP Telephony, SIP/H323, and troubleshooting network issues
- Experience with video conferencing and UC tools like Cisco/Tandberg, Polycom, and Microsoft Lync/Office 365
- Administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with cloud CCaaS platforms and contact center technologies

- Project management skills with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of telecom infrastructure and on-premise solutions like Genesys Engage
