What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact across strategic accounts
- Engage in lifecycle management and adoption acceleration from presales to delivery
- Conduct regular technical reviews and manage technical health and risk
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams for strategic planning
- Provide proactive technical guidance and support for sales enablement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Scientific background with 5+ years of professional experience in Life Sciences
- 5+ years of senior technical architecture experience
- Experience in commercial tech sales support
- Proficiency in cloud RDBMS (e.g., Snowflake) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redshift, Databricks)
- Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms, primarily AWS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in R&D IT or data and informatics
- Understanding of data governance, quality processes, and tools
- Familiarity with analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in cultivating client relationships
