What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with research teams to analyze material characterization and performance and assist in developing recycling processes in a laboratory setting
- Conduct data analysis for Life Cycle Assessments and carbon accounting
- Support the improvement of team processes and management of the ticket system
- Collaborate with facilities personnel to assist with building upkeep and repairs
- Engage in additional projects as assigned by supervisors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- If enrolled in a college or university, must be in good academic standing
- Pursuing a degree in Material Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Sustainability, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Polymers, or any related field
- Intermediate skill in Google Suite
- High level of effectiveness in written, oral, and digital communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with basic wet chemistry equipment and lab safety protocols
- Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment software is a plus
