      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct user training sessions and FAIR data bootcamps for technical and non-technical users
      - Develop onboarding materials, training labs, templates, and knowledge base documentation
      - Capture requirements from technical staff and translate them into accessible materials for broader audiences
      - Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for Data Engineers, Analysts, and ML practitioners
      - Provide hands-on technical assistance to users working within the platform

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong ability to organize and capture requirements from technical staff and translate them for non-technical users
      - Deep understanding of Lakehouse architecture and modern data platforms
      - Experience with Databricks SQL and MLflow
      - Hands-on experience with Databricks features such as Unity Catalog, privilege models, and workspace administration
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting data engineering, analytics, or ML platform environments
      - Experience creating technical documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials
      - Experience supporting data governance initiatives and responsible AI practices
