      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-line contact and ownership for technical assistance on employer products and services, including troubleshooting and identifying solutions
      - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions as per Quality System requirements
      - Follow procedures to escalate unresolved issues as appropriate
      - Assist and guide colleagues, demonstrating technical knowledge and providing escalation assistance
      - Participate in additional projects as assigned by Technical Support Management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience required
      - Minimum three years of experience in a clinical setting or clinical support role in a regulated environment required
      - Strong knowledge of Hemostasis/QC required
      - Minimum two years of Blood Banking experience required
      - MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) certification or MLT with a minimum of five years of direct Blood Banking experience required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience operating and troubleshooting employer blood bank instrumentation (MCWS, Echo Lumena, and/or NEO Iris)
      - Strong knowledge of point-of-care testing and diagnostic assay testing
