      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-level support for all IT systems, including PCs, laptops, software, and network equipment
      - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients, both in-person and remotely
      - Install computer applications and maintain knowledge of specialized software used by the employer
      - Assist clients with "how to" questions regarding hardware and applications
      - Collaborate with senior helpdesk staff to resolve complex technical issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of experience in computer and network support, troubleshooting, and systems management
      - Associate's degree; OR a high school diploma (GED) plus two (2) additional years of related work experience
      - Up-to-date training and skills in current computer technology
      - A valid driver's license and a good driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Autodesk and CAD products
      - Familiarity with automated ticketing systems and building images
      - Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills and professionalism
      - Proven ability to write technical documentation and evaluate client needs
