What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple Mac computers
- Provide technical support for various applications, including Google Workspace apps and Slack
- Reset passwords, manage user accounts, and configure basic security settings
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for knowledge transfer
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in computer science, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an IT role
- 3+ years experience supporting Google Workspace and other cloud-based applications
- 2+ years experience supporting Apple hardware and MacOS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting a remote environment of ~200 employees
- Experience with Jamf MDM tools
- Understanding of IT policies and processes
