  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
  - Follow provided messaging and utilize appropriate call structure during conversations
  - Maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including occupancy ratio and shift adherence
  - Demonstrate exceptional customer service and react promptly to donor responses
  - Accept coaching and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, with potential additional shifts during peak seasons
  - Must be located in the continental United States and have necessary equipment (computer, USB headset, web camera, wired internet)
  - Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure professional interactions
  - Must pass a background check
  - Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or some college education is a plus
  - Clear and effective verbal communication skills
  - Pleasant and engaging voice with good pronunciation and diction
  - Ability to multitask and manage data entry while conversing with donors
  - Emotional resilience to handle challenges and maintain a positive attitude
