      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the employer's brands in the assigned territory and cultivate new business opportunities
      - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
      - Identify competitive issues, industry trends, and business opportunities to meet assigned sales and profitability targets
      - Collaborate with existing sales teams and product lines to implement and achieve annual initiatives
      - Prepare and conduct business reviews with senior management and key dealers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Proven sales history, ideally in food equipment, working with dealers, rep groups, or in other B2B environments
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation abilities
      - Strong organizational skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with foodservice dealers, consultants, or end users
      - Familiarity with CRM systems to manage sales opportunities and customer relationships
      - Background in conducting regional training meetings on product lines
      - Ability to negotiate competitive bid project work with distribution partners
