      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with independent agents to develop and review agency-specific strategic business plans
      - Serve as the key liaison within the assigned market, driving business initiatives and maintaining records in CRM software
      - Develop and maintain a pipeline for new agency appointments while supporting corporate agreements
      - Analyze market-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to address them effectively
      - Promote a full suite of insurance products to Independent Agency Partners in the assigned market

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
      - Strong knowledge of the independent agency channel and industry competitors
      - Ability to analyze production data and identify trends for performance improvement
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Punctual and available for scheduled work shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales management or territory management within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with technology and comparative rating platforms in the insurance sector
      - Established relationships with independent agencies and industry associations
