      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the planning, design, execution, and reporting of testing activities for software products
      - Support the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans and test scripts
      - Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and tools
      - Manage your own workload and attend defect and requirement/testing review meetings
      - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and provide feedback on testing progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in software testing and knowledge of the full testing lifecycle
      - Experience in a customer-focused IT organization with a commitment to delivering excellent service
      - Understanding of functional and non-functional testing standards across the Software Development & Testing Lifecycle
      - Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and continuous improvement
      - Higher educational qualifications or equivalent demonstrable experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Qualified to ISEB/ISTQB Foundation/intermediate level
      - Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies
      - Self-motivated with a passion for software quality and testing
      - Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse technical stakeholders
      - Interest in exploring automation technologies such as AI or scripting
