      Position Title: Toolroom Attendant

      Reports to: Shift Supervision

      FLSA Status: Ful-Time Hourly

      Location: Philadelphia, PA

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

      The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: Responsible for the efficient completion of assign tasks within the scope of the position. Provides effective equipment and material support necessary to achieve PCI’s business objectives. Provides support to both operations and technical staff in a professional and respectful manner which facilitates a positive working environment.

      Responsibilities

      • Responsible for receiving materials and supplies, performing stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records of all issued items.
      • Pulls daily tooling requests from designated locations using Power BI, internal databases, and Excel spreadsheets.
      • Ensures efficient storage, organization, and retrieval of production tooling, materials, and components.
      • Maintains documentation, equipment logs, and storage location records.
      • Receives materials from vendors and updates storage locations within the database.
      • Performs routine inventory counts on consumable production and maintenance supplies.
      • Complies with all company policies and procedures, including cGMPs, safety standards, and SOPs.
      • Demonstrates competency in plant safety and follows all safety regulations.
      • Places component and material orders with vendors as needed.
      • Maintains Central Parts in a clean, orderly, and well-organized manner.
      • Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
      • Adapts effectively to changing work priorities and production needs.
      • Communicates clearly and professionally; able to give and receive verbal instructions.

      EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT:

      High School Diploma or equivalent education. Technical or Vocational Training preferred.

      KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

      • Fundamental knowledge with Microsoft Office/Outlook1 applications
      • Previous experience of 2+ years within an inventory/store room environment. Specific experience with a packaging related industry and cGMP environment a plus.
      • Satisfactory completion of technical aptitude test prior to employment.

      POSITION PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

      Ability to lift 60 lbs on a frequent and routine basis.

      Ability to stand for long periods of time.

      Ability to use ladder/stairwell to 12 ft.
