      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train and monitor the development of management staff, clinical staff, and physicians on practice management and clinical systems.
      - Develop and implement training programs and competency testing in alignment with organizational initiatives.
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content meets the needs of targeted audiences.
      - Provide training support through various methods, including one-on-one, classroom, and remote training sessions.
      - Assist with documentation and maintenance of training standards and processes, providing regular reports to leadership.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
      - Current certificate or license preferred (such as CMA, RMA, LPN, or RN).
      - Strong organizational, management, and facilitation skills with a commitment to enhancing clinical systems usage.
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively.
      - Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for training support at various locations.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare management and/or training is strongly preferred.
      - Knowledge of clinical system applications, basic coding, and clinical quality reporting (e.g., Meaningful Use).
      - Proven ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy in a healthcare environment.
      - Strong listening skills and ability to communicate effectively across departments.
      - Capacity to perform well under pressure and manage stress in a professional manner.
