      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell and promote Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
      - Serve as a resident trauma expert, providing advice and training on products used in life-saving procedures
      - Maintain precise inventory control and readiness to assist customers in emergency situations
      - Organize materials and solutions for consultations in operating rooms and emergency settings
      - Build and nurture relationships with surgeons and hospitals to enhance product trust and loyalty

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of both)
      - Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience preferred
      - Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstrations
      - Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with current office technologies (e.g., MS Office)
      - Ability to thrive in emergency/operating room environments and attend meetings outside regular hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals
      - Familiarity with compliance and ethical practices in the healthcare industry
