      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, analyze, and report sensitive, illegal content in accordance with child safety policies
      - Manage abuse reports and handle proactive content moderation workflows
      - Escalate urgent or high-priority requests to the Trust & Safety Policy and Ops team
      - Develop efficient processes, documentation, metrics, and training programs
      - Identify trends and recommend process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Full-time availability (40 hrs/week) with 2-3 days in the office per week
      - Willingness to work weekend shifts
      - Prior experience managing a high volume of work, preferably in the legal or tech industry
      - Ability to review disturbing, illegal content objectively and accurately
      - Strong detail orientation, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
