      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with follow-up activities after the client's recent U.S. go-live
      - Support fast-follow initiatives and ensure smooth configuration adjustments
      - Configure and set up Time & Attendance, Activities, and Leave Management modules
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze system needs
      - Provide functional expertise and troubleshooting for the system setup

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3–5 years of experience in system setup and configurations
      - Strong background in Time & Attendance, Activities, and Leave Management modules
      - Ability to support fast-follow initiatives effectively
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Strong communication and collaboration abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with UKG WFM Pro
      - Familiarity with project management methodologies
      - Previous experience in a client-facing role
      - Knowledge of HR processes and workforce management best practices
