      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify clients' mental health, intellectual disability, and substance abuse benefits, securing necessary authorizations as per health insurance plans
      - Implement tracking systems for recertification of services for mental health professionals
      - Respond to inquiries from clients and third-party payers, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution
      - Manage billing processes, including recording client data, investigating charges, and preparing claims
      - Resolve billing issues and maintain accurate insurance updates and information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of up to 18 months of additional business education beyond high school
      - 2-3 years of related administrative experience in an insurance or managed care setting
      - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - Basic knowledge of managed care, reimbursement concepts, and medical terminology
      - Typing speed of 45-55 words per minute and basic computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CPT, HCPC, and revenue codes
      - Excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail
      - Familiarity with behavioral health services and related administrative processes
