What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Issue policies and endorsements, ensuring accurate documentation and setup
- Review account information for data entry into appropriate systems
- Order, prepare, and update reports as needed
- Process various underwriting transactions and requests, including correspondence with brokers
- Coordinate services with other units and manage special projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in underwriting or insurance-related roles
- Familiarity with policy rating models and data entry systems
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
