      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Produce layout files for print and digital communications
      - Create and edit graphic files, including illustrations and photos
      - Manage monthly newsletters and perform various administrative services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Satisfactory results of a confidential criminal background check
      - Preference given to students who have lived in University Residence Halls

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in graphic design or marketing
      - Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
      - Strong communication and teamwork skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
      - Interest in university housing and student engagement initiatives
