What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and conduct end-to-end user research to improve Amplify products across user-facing and technical back-end experiences
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners to address key research questions
- Recruit and maintain a diverse database of participants for user research
- Conduct mixed methods research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and classroom observations
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience leading end-to-end research in the product development process
- Strong technical background with the ability to learn complex systems and translate requirements into user research frameworks
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods, including usability testing and field research
- Excellent communication skills to present findings with a user-centric perspective
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with customer relationship management
- Familiarity with research on technical back-end systems or B2B software platforms
- Degree or experience in education, HCI, technology, design, or user research
