What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Influence product roadmap by utilizing data and exploratory analysis to understand user behavior and trends
- Design and implement surveys to gather insights on user sentiments and preferences
- Analyze user attitudes and behaviors through a combination of survey data and log analysis
- Communicate key insights and findings across cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance user experiences on the platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current enrollment in a program working towards a PhD in statistics, psychology, sociology, applied sciences, computer science, or related field
- Expected to obtain a PhD by June 2027
- Experience with survey methodology, including survey development and data analysis
- Demonstrated knowledge in descriptive, inferential, and multivariate statistics, as well as experimental design
- Proficiency in using Python, R, or SQL
