      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead research initiatives from planning to execution, including methodology design, data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings
      - Select appropriate research methods such as interviews, usability tests, and surveys based on project goals
      - Coordinate logistics for research activities, including participant scheduling and session documentation
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate hypotheses into actionable research questions
      - Monitor product analytics to identify trends and inform research priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in conducting end-to-end research with a high degree of ownership
      - Strong methodological skills to select and justify research methods based on business objectives
      - Experience with both B2C and B2B product contexts
      - Fluent in English, with the ability to moderate and present research findings effectively
      - Ability to analyze data and collaborate with analytics teams to validate research hypotheses

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - NN/g certifications
      - Academic or scientific research background (graduate or PhD level)
      - Experience with analytics tools such as PostHog or Tableau
      - Familiarity with insights repository tools like Productboard
      - Experience in mentoring or teaching others in research methodologies
