What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive day-to-day excellence across assigned vendor workflows, ensuring high-fidelity delivery and adherence to performance standards
- Proactively monitor performance to maintain workflow stability and resolve routine issues
- Maintain documentation integrity, including SOPs and workflow documentation
- Act as the trusted point of contact for vendor partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication
- Identify workflow friction and recommend actionable improvements to enhance processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO, shared services, customer operations, or process-driven environments
- Proven experience supporting operational workflows, queues, or third-party vendor teams
- Hands-on experience with CRM or helpdesk systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, including SLAs, AHT, and CSAT
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and own operational outcomes
