      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the enterprise adoption of Verint Speech Analytics and Automated Quality (AQ) strategy and governance
      - Optimize and design analytic categories, AQ scoring, and compliance-critical requirements
      - Provide insights through reporting to identify root causes and drive improvements across various functions
      - Influence cross-functional teams including Operations, CX, QA, Training, IT, and Contractor Relations
      - Drive continuous improvement and scale automation while advancing predictive and real-time analytics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3–5+ years leading Verint Speech Analytics and/or AQ programs
      - Strong understanding of contact center operations, claims workflows, compliance, and customer experience
      - Experience in designing categories, scoring logic, rules, and automation workflows
      - Strong communication and executive-ready presentation skills
      - Background in process improvement, QA leadership, or program management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the home warranty or insurance industry
      - Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
