      - Willingness to travel 50%+ to various site locations across the region

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with traffic signal management, analytics, or transportation planning software
      - Experience working with state and local government clients
      - Understanding of hardware and software applications with a construction aspect
