      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring clients receive the best products and services
      - Utilize a relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
      - Engage and educate customers, establishing trust through open-ended questions and active listening
      - Partner with specialists to connect customers with experts for specialized financial needs
      - Proactively prevent client issues while maintaining success in a dynamic environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ year of experience as a Banker or in a comparable financial services role, with proven success in client acquisition and revenue generation
      - High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
      - Strong financial planning skills and familiarity with financial planning tools
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work during virtual banking hours, including weekends and some evenings

      - College degree or military equivalent
      - Experience building relationships with affluent clients
      - Strong team orientation with a commitment to a long-term career in the firm
