      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate patient flow by reviewing records, assisting with patient consent, and conducting initial screenings for virtual health visits
      - Provide technical support and coordination for virtual care patients and caregivers, ensuring successful connections
      - Communicate effectively with patients to troubleshoot technical challenges and assist with downloading the virtual health client
      - Perform outbound calls to patients and caregivers for proactive technical support related to virtual care
      - Ensure productivity standards are met in accordance with organizational protocols while managing appointments and scheduling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or a related field providing customer service or patient care support
      - Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program or applicable Military Training; experience as an Oncology Technician or Pharmacy Technician will also be accepted
      - Ability to learn and use multiple health-related systems (e.g., Capstone, Cerner, Soarian, Virtual Health platform)
      - Knowledge of system support for troubleshooting and assisting others with technical issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare and/or technology support
      - Experience in an outpatient clinic setting
      - Knowledge of Capstone for appointment modification, scheduling, and reading provider templates
