What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner at the Drury Hotels Reservation Center
- Maintain high standards of service and hospitality to maximize revenue
- Handle written and verbal direction effectively
- Create a warm and friendly environment for guests and team members
- Utilize the Drury Spirit Reservation Process proficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to take direction and relate well to the public and team members
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels’ guest service policies and procedures
- Ability to operate a computer effectively
- Knowledge equivalent to four years of high school
