What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex schedules and provide comprehensive administrative support
- Coordinate travel arrangements for individuals and groups
- Handle confidential information with discretion and judgment
- Organize meetings and events from start to finish
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and record keeping
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a BPO setting
- Excellent command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Must have a wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of 20Mbps+
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in handling Chief of Staff level duties or project management
- Familiarity with procurement and logistics-level responsibilities
- Excellent judgment in managing confidential information
