  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required
  - A bachelor’s degree is required within five (5) years of hire, with continuous enrollment in a relevant graduate program documented
  - Current Iowa RN license or the ability to obtain (current IL license if working in IL) is required
  - At least two (2) years of relevant clinical experience is required
  - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within three (3) months of hire
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Specialty practice certification is preferred
  - Experience operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
