What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct 90-minute virtual sales presentations for prospects interested in timeshare opportunities
- Utilize CRM systems and virtual communication tools to manage customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with first-time buyers
- Track sales activities and follow up with customers to meet sales targets
- Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively engage prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales; virtual sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with CRM tools and online sales platforms
- High School diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least three to six months of timeshare or sales-related experience
- Florida Real Estate License

- Familiarity with video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Slack
