      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize virtual sales techniques to engage healthcare professionals and meet established call volume metrics
      - Complete product training and ensure compliance with program guidelines
      - Manage account planning and facilitate customer education and promotional needs
      - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals through effective communication
      - Process customer requests and provide timely resolution to issues and inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
      - Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to navigate compliance guidelines and maintain data integrity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare industry
      - Experience in direct selling or interaction with healthcare professionals
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
      - Strong time management skills and ability to follow established best practices
      - Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market or medical device industry
