What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive adoption of financing products across merchant channels
- Lead and develop a team of product managers, setting clear priorities and establishing operating rhythms
- Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with stakeholders to define and govern necessary features and capabilities
- Oversee the modernization of merchant experiences, ensuring efficiency and consistency in point-of-sale channels
- Champion insight-led prioritization based on market research and merchant feedback to improve user experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in product management with end-to-end product lifecycle accountability
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence senior executives in a matrixed environment
- Experience working in SAFe Agile frameworks or similar agile methodologies
- Strong business acumen and understanding of compliance/regulatory considerations in financial services
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience in product management, sales, or marketing in financial services
- Proven experience managing and developing product managers while driving multiple concurrent product workstreams
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital financial products
- Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills across various business functions
- Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
