What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and develop new business relationships as a trusted consultant to senior decision-makers
- Manage sales opportunities and customer negotiations within your region
- Identify effective sales strategies for generating leads and closing business
- Develop strong relationships with key strategic partners to facilitate the sales process
- Collaborate with the marketing team to target top regional prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field
- 15+ years of consultative or value-add sales experience, particularly in recurring services
- Proven ability to identify, close, manage, and grow multiple deals each month
- Excellent consultative selling and concise communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Zoom, Slack, Google Docs, and strong Excel skills for revenue modeling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on knowledge of social and messaging platforms, and customer-service toolsets
- Legal knowledge related to contract management and negotiation
- Experience in customer support, moderation, community management, or social media management
