      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for web and UX/usability, providing trusted guidance to clients
      - Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to create and maintain high-quality, accessible websites
      - Develop and maintain robust code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
      - Ensure compliance with section 508 and WCAG 2.1 A and AA accessibility standards
      - Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to guarantee product reliability and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience building accessible, user-friendly websites, preferably for the public sector
      - Expert knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
      - Strong experience in UX and user-centered design practices
      - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to obtain an Active Public Trust security clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting large federal agencies
      - Proficiency in Google Analytics for user behavior tracking and website optimization
      - Familiarity with SEO strategies and implementation
      - Experience using design tools like Figma and version control systems like Git
      - Capability in data visualization and developing level of effort (LOE) quotes/estimates
