      - Dependable attendance record and strong attention to detail
      - Ability to maintain a reliable private internet connection and secure home office setup

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
      - 6 months of experience in the financial industry
      - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Proven track record of empathy and customer focus
