What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make and receive calls from clients to discuss their financial needs
- Schedule appointments with clients interested in benefits
- Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages virtually
- Complete applications for various insurance products
- Attend ongoing, optional training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be willing to work 20 hours per week from home
- Strong communication skills for virtual client interactions
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Basic understanding of financial services and insurance products
- Availability to attend training sessions as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools, such as Zoom
- Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage client appointments and follow-ups
