What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide functional expertise and daily operational support for Infor WFM Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules
- Support and execute configuration updates to meet operational, payroll, and compliance needs
- Lead testing cycles for WFM enhancements, upgrades, and integrations; identify defects and ensure quality outcomes
- Analyze workforce, timekeeping, and scheduling data to identify trends and operational issues
- Prepare reports and communications for leadership, detailing findings and recommended actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management Information Systems preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in Information Systems
- Broad knowledge of various computer systems and technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Time Keeping and Attendance Systems, preferably Infor Workforce Management (WFM)
- Strong communication skills that foster collaboration and respect for diversity
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on timely responses
- Experience in creating workflows for timekeeping and scheduling processes
- Demonstrated project management skills to maintain stakeholder visibility
