What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for emotional distress
- Assess crisis contacts via chat/text to evaluate suicide risk and identify community resources
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals at moderate to high risk for suicide
- Adhere to ethical and clinical standards in compliance with accreditation requirements
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate through various methods
- High-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a crisis intervention role or similar mental health support position
- Familiarity with community resources and service linkage for clients
- Additional certifications related to mental health or crisis intervention
