      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial phone contact for patients requesting department services, efficiently directing calls according to performance metrics
      - Handle inquiries regarding appointments, procedures, and services while maintaining a working knowledge of current offerings
      - Manage the pre-visit and registration process, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information is entered into the system
      - Coordinate the scheduling of appointments, procedures, and ancillary testing, educating families about the scheduling process
      - Collaborate with management to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing registration and scheduling functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - At least one (1) year of customer service experience
      - Experience in healthcare, registration, physician billing, or medical records/office preferred
      - Competent computer skills
      - Professional skills using sound judgment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare registration or medical office environments
      - Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
      - Familiarity with insurance processes and medical terminology
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role
      - Bilingual skills are a plus
