      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
      - Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer's value
      - Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
      - Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and mentorship
      - Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
      - Experience in outside B2B sales
      - Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multi-tasking
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

      - Experience in delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
      - Proven effective negotiating and closing skills
      - Familiarity with sales force automation tools and managing sales funnels
